Prints
Fast and Secure Delivery:
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK, USA or Germany studios depending on your location.
Paper
All pieces in the collection are printed on Hahnemühle Photorag paper. The super matt finish of Hahnemüle Photorag makes this paper one the most popular papers amongst artists, illustrators & photographers alike. The paper gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction, and excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling. Photorag is suitable for mounting but its cotton texture means edges can fray if not carefully handled.
Orders usually ship out within 5 days of your purchase, and will be sent with the following shipping agencies:

EU: Duetsche Post
EEA and Rest of World: DHL Express
Framed Prints:
All framed pieces will be shipped with DHL Express
Estimated Average Shipping Times.

● Rest of the World: 6-15 Business Days
In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 20 days, please contact me here and we will look into this further for you.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to hello@basleroy.com and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.

Damage
In the unlikely event that the print arrives with damage, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at hello@basleroy.com
Refunds
We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the prints so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.
Fully Carbon Neutral Print Process:
My prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. This was only made possible through the amazing efforts of my print studio partner The Print Space, who worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. Read more about their sustainability measures here.
